Traditional Tabouleh Salad
Tabouleh is one of the tastiest salads you could ever have and it’s one of the most popular salads in the Middle East. Besides the tedious part of chopping lots of parsley, this is really easy to make.
What You Need:
1/2 cup of bulgur wheat
2 cups chopped fresh parsley
2 chopped roma tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 lemon juice
Drizzle olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
In a large bowl, cover the bulgur with cold water and let it sit for 30 minutes. Drain well and return to the bowl. Add the parsley, tomato, onion, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Toss to combine, serve and enjoy!
