Mushroom Carpaccio with Shaved Parmigiano
Here is a quick and easy recipe that takes less than 10 minutes:
What You Need:
Sliced mushrooms
Lemon
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Chopped Italian Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Preparation:
Slice the mushrooms as thinly as possible and arrange them in a single layer on a large serving platter. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top, squeeze the juice of the lemon, and very lightly drizzle with some olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and using a vegetable peeler, shave thin strips of Parmesan evenly over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
