Truffle Burrata With Prosciutto

This recipe is one of the most delicious and easy dishes to make. You can serve it as an appetizer or a side dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Burrata with black truffles (I recommend the one from BelGioioso)

  • 3 Cups of fresh arugula

  • 1/2 Peach (thinly sliced)

  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced Italian prosciutto (8 to 10 large slices)

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

First place the arugula on a large plate and set the burrata in the middle of it. Add the peach slices around the plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top. Finish by adding the salt and pepper and you are ready to impress your guests or yourself with it ;)
