Salmon & Avocado Carpaccio
When looking for something light and delicious this is a great option. This can be served as an appetizer to share or as a meal for yourself.
Ingredients:
4 Oz of Smoked Atlantic Salmon
1 sliced avocado
1/2 lime juice
1/4 of chopped red onion
1 tb spoon of capers
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Place the sliced salmon and avocado on a large plate. Add the chopped onion on top, followed by the olive oil, capers, lime and salt & pepper.
