Oatmeal & Chia Avocado Toast

Who doesn’t love a good avocado toast? but is it always a healthy option when we are trying to avoid bad carbs like bread? This recipe is a great alternative for those trying to eat delicious but Guilt-Free. Inspired by @peggysfood healthy recipes.

Ingredients: (2 toasts)

  • 3/4 Cups of Oats

  • 1 Spoon of chia seeds

  • 1/2 Cup of water

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Half a Lemon

  • Half a garlic clove

Preparation:

Mix the oats with half a spoon of the chia seeds, salt and pepper, add the water, mix it with a spoon and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Add the mix to a frying pan, and give each the form of a toast, cook each side for about 10 minutes.

While the toasts are cooking, start making you avocado smash. I personally like my avocado with a touch of lemon, salt, garlic and pepper. Mix it up to then add it on top of the toast, sprinkle the rest of the chia seeds on top of the avocado and Enjoy!!!
