Grilled Garlic Shrimp
Say Adios to dry and overcooked shrimp! This recipe is easy, healthy, and incredibly delicious! All done under 20 minutes. It really doesn’t get any easier than that! ;)
Ingredients:
12 jumbo uncooked shrimp
1 lemon
Pinch of chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of fresh chopped parsley
2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
Drizzle of olive oil
1/2 spoon of melted unsalted butter
Grilled Garlic Shrimp
Preparation:
Marinate the uncooked shrimp with Lemon, Parsley, Garlic, Salt & Pepper, Olive oil, and Chili Flakes in a bowl for 15 minutes.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers and heat your outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Place the skewers on the grill and using a brush add a thin coat of melted butter. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimps are pink and opaque.
