Garlic Shrimp Zucchini Noodles
This is a super easy recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
6-8 peeled and deveined shrimps
Zucchini Noodles
2 garlic cloves
A drizzle of olive oil
1 spoon of butter
Crushed red chili flakes ( quantity depends on how spicy you want it)
1 fresh squeezed lemon
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
I like to add the lemon to the raw shrimps and let them sit on that juice for about 5 minutes before I put them on the frying pan. Add some salt as well.
On a frying pan, saute the garlic in the olive oil and butter for about 2 minutes, then add the shrimp and cook for about 1 minute by side, then add the zucchini noodles and keep cooking the shrimps and the zucchinis for 5 more minutes total. Add the chili flakes and pepper and enjoy my friends!
