Mediterranean Chicken Wraps
This recipe is delicious, quick and easy. You can quickly make this recipe for lunch or dinner.
What do you need? (For 3 wraps)
For the chicken:
1 chicken breast
1 spoon of fresh rosemary
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
For the salad:
1 cup or curly parsley
4 chopped grape tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1 teaspoon of Za’atar
Salt & pepper
1/2 lemon
For the wrap:
3 Cassava flour wraps/tortillas
Hummus ( to add to the wrap)
Chopped the parsley, tomatoes, and onion and mix them all together in a bowl to make a salad. Season it with olive oil, za’atar, lemon and salt & pepper.
Season the chicken with salt & pepper, lemon, rosemary, and garlic and cook it on a frying pan for about 6 minutes on each side (in medium heat) while covering it.
Cut the chicken and get ready to set up your wraps. Warm up the wrap/tortillas on a pan and add the hummus, chicken and then the parsley salad.
